Zombie Brains Spinach Smoothie Recipe

could also substitute with soy, coconut, or almond milk for non-dairy options

crushed ice

lemon juice to preserve colour

Instructions
Blend all the ingredients including the
chia seeds
in a blender on high-speed to make the smoothie.
To make “ice cream” pour the smoothie into an ice cube tray of your choice. I had a
silicone brain mold
that did the trick.
Pop out the frozen cubes 10-15 minutes before you are ready to use them to let the “ice cream” soften a bit. Serve!
Notes
Note: if you plan to enjoy this spinach smoothie recipe as a drink, you may need to add a little more liquid if you prefer a thinner consistency.
