Painting a BBQ Caddy

Taking an inexpensive unfinished pine caddy and turning it into a sleek and useful bbq caddy for the backyard patio!

Ingredients
  

  • Wooden crate
  • Americana Decor Satin Enamels Paint in Dark Denim and Pure White
  • Sandpaper optional
  • Scissors
  • Flat brush
  • Hot glue gun and glue sticks
  • Clean cloth optional
  • Twine

Instructions
 

  • Apply one coat of Pure White to the lower portion of the crate's slatted sides on outer edges only.
  • Apply one coat of Dark Denim to the rest of the outer surfaces of the wooden crate.
  • Paint Dark Denim on the inside of the crate.
  • Cut twine and wrap around the handles. Use hot glue to keep the ends in place.
