Baseball Inspired DIY Serving Tray

Ingredients
  

  • Wood circle ½” diameter, 14” diameter
  • Pencil
  • Ruler
  • Flat acrylic paint brush
  • Fine Tip acrylic paint brush
  • 2 Handles 3”
  • Drill with appropriate sized drill bit
  • Screwdriver
  • DecoArt Americana Multi-Surface Satin paint  in Lipstick, Black tie, Cotton ball

Instructions
 

  • Paint all surfaces of the plaque in white.
  • Using a pencil, faintly draw two half circles on either side of the painted wood circle.
  • Using a fine tip paint brush, trace over top of the pencil lines using black.
  • Dip the back end of the paintbrush in black tie and dab small dots along the thin black half circles.
  • Using a fine tip paint brush, paint V’s along the line connecting the dots in red.
  • Mark placement for handles with a pencil.
  • Drill holes for the handles.
  • Attach the handles to the tray with screws.
