Creative Jewelry Display Ideas
Tutorial for making a Boho driftwood jewelry hanger plus inspiration for other creative jewelry display ideas.
Ingredients
- Driftwood 11” long x 2” diameter
- Gold Hooks
- Drill with small drill bit
- Wood glue
- Suede Tie
Instructions
- Lay driftwood down on a flat surface.
- Using a straight ruler and pencil, measure and mark 2” from either end of the driftwood piece.
- Measure the distance in between the two markings and calculate an additional 3 evenly spaced markings.
- Using a drill with a small 1/16” drill bit, drill a small pilot hole at each of the 5 markings.
- Add some wood glue to the end of the hook screw and screw one hook into the pre-drilled hole.
- Secure in place. Repeat for remaining 4 hooks.
- Cut a piece of suede tie measuring 30” long. Attach each end to the driftwood and hang.
