Cut strands of yarn between 9-10” long.
Continue cutting strands until you have about 30 strands in the dominant color.
Cut about 10 additional strands in the secondary color.
Place the strands in a pile mixing the two colors.
Put one strand centered underneath the pile in the opposite direction.
Tie that strand around the others tightly, knotting it in place.
Fold over one side so all the yarn ends are facing the same direction.
Tie another piece of yarn, cut to 15” long, around the looped yarn and wrap around the yarn a few times. Knot the ends to secure.
Make additional tassels - 4 for each throw pillow.
Trim off any loose hanging ends.
With a needle and matching thread, sew the top of the tassel to the corner of the throw pillow securely.
