Paint the wooden picture frame and let it dry.

Paint the wooden hearts different shades of green and let it dry.

Take some sandpaper and slightly sand the frame for a distressed look.

Place a disc on the glass and using a sharpie, trace a circle around the disc.

Insert the glass into the frame.

Using the hot glue gun, glue the biggest painted wooden hearts around the circle on the glass.

Glue the smaller painted wooden hearts on top of every other large heart.

Apply some modge podge to some small hearts and then sprinkle some diamond dust and let them dry.

Glue the dusted painted hearts to the wreath and let dry.

As an option, artificial flowers can be glued to the wreath.

Cut some burlap and create a bow with it and using the hot glue gun, glue it to the wreath and let it dry.
