A Lovely Ribbon Christmas Tree Craft

A lovely ribbon Christmas tree craft that is perfectly festive for this time of year! Made with ribbon and pieces of driftwood.

Ingredients
  

  • Large driftwood pieces
  • Stir sticks
  • White chalky paint
  • Paintbrushes
  • Strips of fabric or ribbon
  • Hot glue gun
  • Fabric scissors
  • Rope
  • Embellishments such as twinkle lights and a star

Instructions
 

  • Arrange driftwood and secure the pieces together with some paint sticks and glue.
  • Next, dry brush the front side with white paint.
  • Next, cut up strips of this festive fabric to 1" wide pieces and then glue them on, starting at the top and working downwards to create a tree shape.
  • Simply twisted and pinch the fabric and glue it onto the driftwood.
  • Use another piece of driftwood to create a trunk for the tree and then added a starfish sprinkled with some diamond dust to the top.
  • Finally, add some nautical rope to the top for hanging.
