Ingredients

  • 1” Wood bead
  • ½” Wood bead
  • Twine
  • Hot Glue Gun
  • Fabric Scrap
  • Scissors
  • Gold ribbon ⅛” wide
  • Gold Crinoline or Ribbon
  • Paint pen or paint with fine tip brush

Instructions

  • Cut the fabric square into an 8” circle.
  • Clip the center for a small hole.
  • Fold a piece of 12” twine in half and thread the loop through the center hole.
  • Thread the looped end of the twine through the large wood bead and thread the cut ends of the twine through the smaller bead. Knot the end of the twine to secure the smaller bead.
  • Lift the twine loop and let the beads and fabric round to drape down.
  • Cut pieces of twine to 3” long. With the hot glue gun, apply pieces of twine to the top of the bead for the angel’s hair.
  • Cut the gold crinoline (and/or ribbon) to 7” long and cinch in the center.
  • Glue the center point to the back of the angel.
  • Create a small loop with the gold ribbon and glue it to the twine hanging loop just above the ange.
  • Lastly, draw a face on to the angel.
