Repurposed Fishbowl Centerpiece for Winter
Create a unqiue centerpiece using an old thrifted fishbowl.
Ingredients
- Fishbowl vase
- Decorative paper napkins
- White chalky paint
- Paintbrushes
- DecoArt Decoupage or Mod Podge
- Faux snow spray and faux snow
- Floral foam
- Faux flowers
- twinkle lights

Instructions
- Open the napkin and separate the layers keeping just the top printed layer and discarding the other ply. Cut around the image.
- Paint a section of the fishbowl vase, just a bit bigger than your cut napkin image. Let dry.
- Brush on a layer of decoupage to the white paint and glue your napkin image over top.
- Lightly brush on a top layer of decoupage over top of the napkin.
- Gently spray faux snow over the edge of the napkin. Allow to dry.
- In the meantime paint a piece of driftwood white for a snowman. Using a fine tip paintbrush, paint a face onto the snowman and attach a ribbon as a scarf.
- Next, cut floral foam to fit into the fishbowl and hot glue into place.
- Arrange your faux flowers into the floral foam and cover with faux snow. Finally add some twinkle lights and enjoy!
