Start by painting your magazine holder with white chalky paint.

Using a wet fine tip paint brush ‘paint’ the edges of the rice paper and carefully remove the design.

Apply a layer of decoupage or mod podge over the magazine holder.

Place the rice paper on top of the glue and gently press down with your fingers.

Place a piece of parchment paper over top of the glued rice paper and take your heated iron and gently rub back and forth.

Gently sand the edges to remove excess paper.

Add greenery or flowers to turn your magazine into a beautiful centerpiece.
