• Paint the surface of the crate and plaque in pink. Let the paint dry.
• Apply a white wash over top of the painted pink (dilute white paint with equal parts water). Let white wash dry.
• Paint the heart cutouts and letters in a mix of reds and pink shades. Then apply a white wash over the hearts.
• Paint the wooden dowels in white.

Assembling

• With your hot glue gun, secure the wooden dowels to the crate and glue the painted plaque to the top of the dowels.
• Glue the painted hearts and “HUGS” sign on to the booth.
• Make a small bow out of ribbon and glue it to the booth.
• Add chocolates and treats to the crate to display.
