This Easter egg topiary craft idea is one of those projects that looks far more complicated than it is. It’s fun, flexible, and easy to adapt to your own style.
Terra Cotta Pot Paint Brush White Chalky Paint Plastic Easter Eggs Decorative Paper Napkins Spring themed, bright colors Mod Podge Button Wooden Dowel or Bamboo Skewer Floral Foam Crafting moss Ribbon for a bow Hot Glue Gun
Paint the terra cotta pot with a dry brush in white chalky paint and let it dry.
Paint the plastic egg in white chalky paint and let it dry.
Separate the napkin to one ply and cut around the designs on the napkin.
Apply a coat of Mod Podge on to the painted egg and press the paper cutouts on to the egg gently. Leave it to dry.
Place a piece of floral foam into the terra cotta pot and ensure that it is flush with the top of the pot.
Place the dowel into the floral foam and glue the floral foam to the terra cotta pot.
Take some crafting moss and glue it to cover the floral foam.
Insert the other end of the dowel to the bottom of the decoupaged egg.
Take some ribbon and create a bow and glue it to the dowel and a button just below the Easter egg.
