Why You Will Love This Rustic Farmhouse Decor Craft
There is something about spring decorating that is so fun and cheerful, especially if you live in an area where there are harsh winters. What is better than a craft with adorable bunnies and flowers?
The great thing about this DIY project is you can get creative with it to really make it your own. We used burlap for the bunny, but you can use any scrap fabric that you have. Wouldn’t a pretty floral fabric be perfect? You can also add whatever flowers or plants that you like to the rustic farmhouse box. We like to give you a starting point that you can run with!

Also we are slightly obsessed with the wood bead carrots. Why not make several of them to place in a dough bowl, or on a tiered tray? The possibilities are truly endless with this DIY!

How to Make Rustic Farmhouse Spring Decor
Learn how to upcycle a wooden box, make a burlap bunny and these fun wood bead carrots as part of rustic farmhouse spring decor. We’ve shared the tutorial for making this spring decor on a recent YouTube which you can catch here. All of the step by step instructions can be found in the video.

Can I Adapt This Farmhouse Raised Bunny Box For Other Seasons?
Absolutely! Once Easter is over, you can remove the bunny and replace it with fabric flowers, or a pretty gift tag for Mother’s Day. Add a few more flowers for a pop of color like faux pansies or lilacs.

We can see this farmhouse box being used all spring and summer long. And if you are looking for a hostess gift for Easter, this would be perfect. Though definitely make two so you can keep one for yourself because this little cutie will be hard to part with!
