If you’ve been here for a while, you know how much we love decorative paper, especially decorative napkins. Did you know this whole craft can be done with chalky paint, stencils, and some decorative napkins?

I always thought to have a beautiful sign like this garden sign I would have to be great at painting. Turns out that decorative napkins are the answer! By decoupaging these types of napkins, by the end, no one would ever guess that you used a napkin to create it. This gift or craft makes an excellent conversation starter.

- Wood round (we reused the wood surface from this DIY baseball serving tray but you can use any wood surface, new or preferably thrifted!)
- Decorative paper or napkins
- Stencils
- Chalky white paint, black paint
- Mod Podge
- Paint brushes
- Mini heat press or iron
- Parchment paper
- Sand paper
