Friday Five: Perfect Pumpkin Upcycle Projects

Although it feels a bit early to be thinking about Hallowe’en, we are seeing pumpkins, pumpkins everywhere. Even the kids got all dressed up in costumes today for a “Hallowe’en party”. No joking! We had two princesses, Superman, the baby was a puppy and it was strongly suggested that I be a clown. Am trying not to take it personally…

While pumpkins make us think of Hallowe’en, these five creative pumpkin upcycle projects could be beautifully incorporated into any fall tablescapes, decor or Thanksgiving centerpieces. With so many fun and inspiring projects around we can’t guarantee that you won’t see another pumpkin-inspired Friday Five in the near future!

Upcycled Pumpkin Crafts

Pumpkin Art

Lake Girl Paints Lake Girl Paints

Although this art piece has a strong hint of Fall, we love that the pumpkin is subtle enough to be left out all year round. The tone on tone paint effect by Lake Girl Paints is very sophisticated and I can’t think of a better way to reflect one of my favourite seasons.

We still can’t believe that these fantastic little pumpkins were made with dryer vent tubing! It’s such a creative and innovative craft by You Brew My Tea that we couldn’t wait to share it.

We love these repurposed thrift store bundt cake pans by Dukes and Duchesses. I’m actually considering going out and buying these pans just so I make this pumpkin decor!

Such a fun and simple craft project by A Piece of Rainbow! Only three items are needed, all of which most people have around the house. This is a perfect example of what can be made with just a little imagination!

Toilet Paper Roll Pumpkins

It really is true that glitter makes anything better! We can’t believe these gorgeous, glittery pumpkins by Domestically Blissful are made from toilet paper rolls dressed up with sparkle! A bunch of these together in various fall-shades of glitter, with the book paged ones would make a beautiful fall centerpiece.
