How to Make DIY Shower Steamers:

Making your own DIY shower steamers is relatively simple.

Start by melting 1 tbsp of coconut oil in a medium sized microwavable bowl. Heat for 10 second intervals until coconut oil is in a clear liquid form. Avoid over-heating.

Add 5 drops of Eucalyptus essential oil.

Then, add ½ cup of baking soda and stir the shower steamer mixture together until crumbly.

As an added option, stir in 1 tbsp of lavender buds.

Press the mixture into mold. Cover with a paper towel and leave them to set for 24 hours.

After 24 hours, the DIY shower steamers are ready to use! Remove from the mold and store in an air tight container.

The Eucalyptus helps clear your sinuses while the Lime feels refreshing and sweet. For your next shower, simply place one steamer at the bottom of your shower and enjoy your calming experience.

And if you have any leftover lavender buds, sew some pretty lavender sachets.
