You can’t get a more festive wreath than a red and white painted pinecone and Santa wreath! So why not make a DIY Santa Claus wreath to ring in the holiday season.
An Old Wreath Repurposed into a Santa Claus wreath!
Have you ever had a wreath that seemed to lose its potential after being in and out of bins for years? Normally, when we put up a holiday wreath, our normal wreath goes into….well, a storage bin. And after many years, sometimes it can lose its original charm, get damaged and smooshed. That is where repurposing comes in!
We took this wreath that was from my sister-in-law and decided to repurpose it a bit. We ended up turning it into a Santa wreath made from driftwood and painted pinecones. The great part is you get to choose the Santa! Although we used driftwood to make our Santa (he has a very rosy complexion!), any decorative Santa ornament or sign can be used.
