Do I Need To Shine My Silver Before I Decoupage?

No, you do not need to shine your silver before decoupage. In fact, the slight patina or tarnish on the silver can add a vintage and rustic touch to your finished project. However, if you prefer a shiny and polished look, you can use a silver cleaner or polish before starting the decoupage process.
